Very nice coffee maker. Has a large pot of 14-cups. Brews a full pot in 11-minutes. Easy to use and program. I highly recommend this coffee maker for anyone who drinks a lot of coffee or entertains frequently.

This is the best coffee maker. My first one just stopped working, (hot plate overheated and errored). I owned my first one for 8 years. I decided to by a new one- same model.

Good coffee that is easy to use. Could be designed a little better though. When you pull pot out during the brewing process coffee still drips. Also, the pot is designed in such a way that the last bit of liquid in the pot does not come out unless you completely turn over the pot. This adds a little mess when filling the water tank. Lastly, when you open the lid to clean the used coffee grounds water leaks down the exterior side of the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
