We used it for 3 days and the clean light came on. I contacted customer service who told me to descale the unit. I did the descaling and 4 days later the clean light came on again. We have been buying this coffee maker for years and haven’t had any problems. Now they are telling us it is okay to keep using it even though the clean light comes on every day.

Doesn’t stop pouring when I remove the carafe. Coffee continues to pour out. It’s disappointing.

My old Cuisinart coffee maker died and I needed to get a new one. Chose not to try a different brand because this one was dependable and made great coffee. So I purchased the same model and continue to enjoy the features of this model especially the programmable and bold options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffee maker is absolutely the best one we have ever had! Easy to set up, easy to clean and the coffee after it goes through the double filter system tastes fantastic!

So far no leaks, everything has been working the way it is supposed to work. We really like the rain shower feature above the drip basket. Our older coffee maker did not have that, just a single small opening at the center of the drip basket - not all of the grounds were utilized. The rain shower head makes a much better tasting pot of coffee. The handle and shape of the carafe make the large 14 cup volume very easy to manage, it pours easily and the whole unit fits nicely into our galley kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent coffee maker. This is my second exact same coffee maker. My only complaint is my first one only lasted 5 years before it starting leaking from the bottom.
I would recommend this to a friend!
