This brewer makes a good, tasty and hot cup of coffee. We like the features such as selecting the temperature of the hot plate and choosing a 1-4 cup brew size. The carafe pours really well, and has a solid feel to it.

After having the coffee pot for a week the water was staying in the upper grounds bin and not draining into the pot. I called and because I couldn’t find the serial number on the tag I was told there’s nothing they can do for a replacement. Normally purchase these coffee pots but will be sticking with a different brand from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the earlier version of this coffeemaker for seven years when it finally developed both a minor leak and a cracked carafe (via my own clumsiness). I decided to go ahead and replace the whole thing and this is the product that is presently available. I could have replaced it with anything and yet this is the one I wanted.
I live on a NC barrier island with town water that is safe but not really pleasant to drink. So I had invested in a Zero Water filter and every drop of water that went through that coffeemaker was filtered. It made all the difference. My brother and his wife were pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was here when they came to visit. Well, why wouldn't it be? I use good coffee, good water, and a good coffeemaker.
