Finally decided to ditch the Keurig and go back to brewed coffee again. This is the same coffee maker we had years ago, just updated. My old one is still going strong at the cottage.
This newer model did not disappoint. Super easy to set up. I haven’t used the auto on set up this go round as I only make 6 cups in the morning, so I simply push the brew button when I get up. It’s fast!
Forgot how much I love the flavour of “real” coffee. No more excessive waste (although I only used compostable pods, not the recycled ones). Love having my top up and not wasting a pod for half a cup!
Hoping this one holds up like the previous one.

The Cuisinart drip coffee maker is stylish and looks great. Also appreciate the 14-cup vs. 12-cup capacity. That little extra comes in handy each day at our household. Even though it's brand new, not happy with the small amount of water leakage that occurs EVERY time the coffee maker is filled. At first, thought it might be due to going to/past the MAX fill line ..but it wasn't. Even when staying under the 14-cup line, the machine still leaks. Such a hassle to have to wipe the counter each day after starting a pot. Cuisinart, please resolve this. This coffee maker does not meet your kitchen appliance standards.

This machine works fine. The only complaint I have is that Auto Shut Off makes me keep turning the pot back on several times in the morning. Wish I could disable it.

I like the 1-4 cup feature for brewing and the bell that doesn’t NYS when it’s all done. As a left handed person find that the carafe drips with most other machines when I pour, but not with this one.
My only issue is that its large capacity makes the machine quite tall, so I can’t open it up under the counter to add water or fill the basket w coffee. I have to pull it out from under there to clear it.

The coffee grounds perk out into the outside of the filter and holder which leaves a mess to clean up after each use. This problem allows coffee grounds to get into the coffee carafe.

Love the look, and the coffee tastes good. Not user friendly in terms of setting clock and automatic brewing time, but great after you figure it out. Biggest NEGATIVE is the design in that it is impossible to pour the water from the carafe into the coffee maker without spilling it. My work-around was to fill the carafe with more water than I needed, then to measure it by watching the fill lines on the reservoir. Then, dumping the remaining water into the sink. I would not recommend it until the design is fixed.

Great coffee brewer! Does not overheat, and brews slowly and efficiently. Coffee comes out smooth and doesn’t mix in the grounds inside the pot.
