Wonderful product. Have had an older one for years we have loved and bought the new one on sale for when the original died. It never did so we finally started using the new one and boxed up the old one as a backup. Awesome product.

Outstanding product. I use the coffee maker daily and it brews perfect each time. It is really worth the extra money for quality. I had a much less expensive maker and each time there was issues, like grounds in the coffee. I don't have these people issues with Cuisinart.

Only coffeemaker I can find that is 14 cup, has a bold option, and will make the coffee extra hot. I would give it 5 stars if it lasted longer. This is our 4th one because they only seem to last about a year. Since they are priced way above other brands, it would be nice if they lasted longer.

Replaced my 14 cup Cup 10 year old Cuisinart with a new one. I liked the old one and the new one is new and improved, makes great tasting coffee.

The new 14 cup model replaced an old Cuisinart 12 cup model which lasted over 20 years. Decision was made because of quality in a few products I own and how long we had them. Does not take long to brew great coffee and maintains hotness after brewed. So far no complaints.

Love the sleek design and stainless steel finish. Very beautiful addition to my kitchen countertop. It is a bit loud - some random popping and crackling of the carafe and burner. It was concerning at first, but once I realized it was just part and parcel for normal operation of the machine. Coffee is consistent and carafe temperature setting seem to be reliable.
