Absolutely love this coffee pot! Even though it's a 14 cupper, it takes up less counter space than my old 12 cupper. It is very easy to operate, brews a pot quickly, and is pretty quietly as well.

this was purchased due to the carafe warmer, and easily cleanable carafe, which our 12 cup Cuisinart did not have. this machine works very well, brews quickly, has lots of useful settings. Only negatives are that standing water in tank doesn't evaporate much during the day, and that the new plastic has a sort of plastic-ly smell which I assume will disappear in a short while

This is the best coffee maker that I have ever purchased. My coffee comes out perfect every time and without any problems. I like the 14 cup feature as we use this a lot when we have company over. We use the programable feature every day and have a hot pot of coffee ready when we start our day. The coffee maker is also a solid unit that has been reliable daily for a good few years. So much so I have purchased the same model more than once.
