Our coffeemaker is easier to program than it appears, makes coffee that is HOT, and is easy to clean and maintain. The backlit time-of-day panel eliminates the use of an ancillary light source. The "BOLD" feature really makes the coffee more robust than our previous coffeemaker much to our liking.
