[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So noisy. Brewing cycle sounds like soldiers stomping through broken glass. And for whatever reason, even though we have tried many positions for the basket and filter, it continually stops up, overflows and causes a mess. We moved it to the bathroom to contain both the noise and the mess which is a further nuisance. We were given this as a gift a year ago so it’s too late to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To help prevent basket overflows, we recommend ensuring the filter basket is fully seated, using the correct filter type and coffee-to-water ratio, and regularly cleaning the basket, spray head, and water pathways to remove any buildup that could restrict water flow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 4th 14 cup coffeemaker we’ve had. We make 2 pots a day and sometimes 3, it never fails to make great coffee. We use the coffee maker it is worn out and then purchase the same model again. Great product!
