I replaced my old one with the same model I had. My old one lasted many years and that's why I bought the same model. I love all the features.

This model makes the best coffee in taste, temperature and dependability. We recommend to everyone. This is our 2nd coffee maker like this. First one came from an estate sale and we used for several years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this coffee maker to replace one identical to it that we’ve had for 12 years. Of all the coffee makers we’ve owned, this model has been the best. The coffee is always delicious and has just enough options to make it the way we like it. This coffee maker is sturdy, well-made and user-friendly.

I have been using this coffee maker every day for almost 4 weeks now, and I got it to replace a coffee maker that I had used for over 10 years. There are several features that I really like: even on the medium level of heating, the coffee is very hot, which is great right now in the cold Midwest winter; the coffee is brewed more quickly than my previous coffee maker; the end product tastes delicious and not as bitter. There are a few drawbacks though: the lid for the carafe is kind of difficult to remove, because it snaps and is not hinged; there is no timer that tells you how long the coffee maker has until it turns off, even though the automatic shutoff is programmable; it is kind of difficult to pour the water into the top of the coffee maker because the size of the water opening is small and the size of the carafe is large. Overall, I got this coffee maker on sale, and it is worth what I paid at the sale price.

This is my second 14 cup Cuisinart coffee maker. I used my first one for 8 years with no problem at all. Only reason I have new one is due to kitchen decor changes.

This is the third Cuisinart. I’ve purchased my parents and I make coffee three times a day. It is horrible and makes a consistently perfect cup of coffee every time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
