I bought this coffee maker about 3 weeks ago and I have been pleased for the most part. I am perplexed that when it is finished brewing, the grounds are very very wet and removing them is often messy. This is after the machine has signaled it was completely done brewing.

I’ve been using this coffeemaker for a couple weeks and it’s been great! The coffee tastes really good. I love the reusable filter. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it takes a long time to brew 14 cups. We’re used to a Bunn coffeemaker which is a lot faster but the coffee taste weaker with the Bunn. Cuisinart pause and serve works well as long as you have a few cups in the pot or the coffee will be very strong.

So far it’s good. No problems at this point. Will wait and see.

I've had it about a month now, and it works very well. Single nit-picky complaint is the view window to see the water level is in a bad place. I fill with the pull-out hose from my kitchen faucet and can't see the gage very well to tell when to turn it off. No big deal, but ...

I'm disappointed with how the coffee tastes when brewing with this machine.
I was looking for a replacement for my Nespresso coffee maker, unfortunately it's not this machine...

I recently purchased this coffee maker to replace an older percolator. This is an excellent product. The coffee is perfect every time. It is very easy to program or just use manually. The settings are easy and intuitive. I am using paper filters as I find this keeps the grounds out of the coffee perfectly whereas the metal coffee filter does not keep out all grounds. Coffee stays hot for as long as the element is on. The temperature is perfect as we like hot coffee.

Works great and quickly too
Top of pot stays on well
I sometimes spill water when I am filling it. Tad awkward.
