It’s a great coffee pot. Works well. My suggestion would be do not grind your coffee to small it will overflow. Other then that a great product

This coffee maker makes excellent tasting coffee. The controls are simple and fairly intuitive. We had purchased the black matte model and the lining on the carafe chipped off quite badly after about 18 months. The warming pad was also chipping. We use the maker nearly every day . Cuisinart stood by their product and replaced it under their 5 year warranty. It's like 4.5 stars with that service!
