Started using the mesh filter and really like the 'European style' boldness. Easy to use and clean. Expect this to last as many years as our last. one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the super hot coffee that comes from this pot. I even turned down the warmer temperature. The only thing I don't like very well is the design of the spout to pour the coffee. It tends to drip coffee if I am not extremely careful. Perhaps the spout design could be modified. Apart from that I love the coffee pot.!!!

The third started to break down after severall months, and we were very disappointed with it. We have had this one for a few weeks and appears to be a very nice product. Pouring the water into the pot is awkward. It is hard to get all of the water out of the pot. Overall we are happy with this pot.

It was reliable and made perfect coffee all the time until the end. It suddenly didn't turn on much to our sadness. But we were able to purchase another right away, which makes 14 cups of coffee instead of the 12. We love our coffee maker.
