Water filter holder

Love this coffee maker (14 cup). I’m having trouble with the (single) water filter holder. It wants to float out of place. The first time it happened I changed the filter and the issue resolved. This time, after changing the water filter, the holder still floats. Please help.

I love the 14 cup programmable Cuisinart coffee pot I have been buying it for years they have the best warranty the coffee comes out terrific it's one of the best pot coffee pots there is it has a 3-year warranty and they are very good about the warranty

This is my 3rd identical coffee make I've had in the past 6 years. I make a lot of coffee. There are very few 14 Cup makers on the market. The pots would have lasted a lot longer if we didn't have such hard water. After repeated cleanings, the amount of time to make a pot was nerve wracking, so it was time to toss and pick up a new one.
