Received this as a Christmas present and have been totally happy with it. I use less coffee and I love the Bold button. I enjoy my morning coffee so much more now because of it.

4 months old, works perfectly, easy to clean, wide mouth to pour water in reserviour, so far so good, hope it last longer than my old Cuisinart Coffee Maker, it was a base model, coffee makers should last longer than a year and a half.
