Alderwood Pellets remind me of grilled in the Great Northwest

Spent many years in costal Washington State. Always loved the cedar planked Salmon grilled over an alder wood fire. These Pellets have brought it all back to me. Great alder smoke flavor that I was missing. My favorite is the grilled salmon and also asparagus. I just cannot compliment Bear Mountain enough on this fine product.

GIVE OFF A GREAT SMOKE, AND NICE FLAVOR!

I use these pellets on my gas grill when I am trying to smoke meats such as ribs and brisket. I place them in a steel pellet smoker tube that I place on the grill grate. They put off good smoke and seem to last quite a while. Plus the clean up is minimal... just the way I like it. Big flavor with no clean up - a win in my books!

Brought out the best in my fresh-caught Alaskan salmon

Decided to give these pellets a try with some fresh salmon that I caught up in AK. The pressure was on as my entire family was over to enjoy the fish and hear about my trip. These pellets delivered... and sold over my whole family too. A nice mild flavor to perfectly bring home that fresh salmon flavor. Going to give the other flavors a try now... thanks for making me a BBQ hero Bear Mountain!
