Bear Mountain is my go to source for amazingly dependable wood pellets. I have never had an issue with quality and Alder is one of my favorite woods to smoke with. I have been a Bear Mountain customer for a few years now and I see no need to switch.

The alder is great for smoking fish. Very mild that does not cover up the fish.
