Great phone but feels like it's missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to purchase the fold 7 on its release and have had a very pleasant experience. Very impressed by the form factor and at first the folded screen. However a few months later I found that the crease in the screen was much more pronounced and the open state was not as flat as it was at first. I also feel like the software holds the form factor back as many apps do not allow multi screen split and seeing as the open state is literally 2 phones real estate the user should be able to use ANY 2 apps alongside each other. Other than that besides a few software glitches and having to restart my phone a couple of times I've had a great experience with it. My reasons for 4 stars and not 5 apart from the above mentioned is.
1. Larger battery capacity. It doesn't last a day especially if you ust the open state. That doesn't even last half the day.
2. Faster charging. At this price point we should be getting that upper limits of charge speed both wired and wireless.
3. Magnet. I absolutely love the look and feel of this phone but I have to use a case that has magnets in it so I can use my accessories and car .mounts etc. Now if the sacrifice for not having built in magnets were for a massive battery or needed space for faster charging hardware I'd understand the lack of this feature.
4. And this is I believe solved by the new fold 8 because of the form factor but a lot of the screen real estate is lost for full screen videos. Its slightly bigger than the outside screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to go back to Samsung after seeing how aesthetically appealing the Z Fold 7 is. Samsung has always been a favorite of mine in overall design and the various products they offer. The Z Fold 7 is ahead of the competition, from beautifully crafted to fit perfectly in my hand. To the screen being very bright and rich in colors. The battery life is excellent for my day to day usage. The amount of features and functionality my Fold 7 offers is without a doubt worth every penny. I am not big on companies that use their brand or logo as a reason to increase the cost of a device. This is where Samsung wins me over every time. The price to performance and amount of phone you get is priced accordingly. Not a penny more and not a penny less. I personally feel Samsung is a building machine as a company who is continuously innovating their products while still keeping the customer in mind when it comes to pricing and affordability. My Z Fold 7 is perfect, a 10/10 device. In my honest opinion there has not been a device with this level of quality in such a long time. Which is why I’m happy I made the switch back to Samsung. I highly recommend you to give the Z Fold line a chance. It will change the way you use and see your phone from day to day.

Smasung Galaxy Z fold Best the phone ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy z fold 7 to replace my s21 ultra because of all the awesome features. Samsung did NOT disappoint with this phone. The z fold 7 has a nice huge , bright, display that is easy to see . The phone is super responsive and the battery stays a good while . I upgraded to the biggest memory offered as well . I really like the e-sim capabilities and especially with being able to put more than one number in the phone since I use mine for my business account.
I absolutely love this phone and super happy with it. Samsung offers an incredible full warranty at a good price too.
I can't say enough about this phone.
Multitasking is awesome , bring able to have multiple screens open and running while still being able to actually see what's on the screen is amazing.

Dual Screen phone at its best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a normal single-screen phone, the outer cover screen on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 feels completely familiar and easy to use for quick texting.Unfolding the device reveals a gorgeous 8-inch inside screen that turns browsing websites and watching videos into a mini-tablet treat.It is surprisingly thin and light, so it slides into your pocket just like a regular phone instead of feeling like a heavy brick.Opening it up to run two apps side-by-side makes multitasking feel genuinely useful. Getting a pocket phone and a big screen in one device completely changes how you use technology

Love the folding-ness

Great device, but it could be better.

The screen is definitely bigger, still very light weight (or manageable for most), and within a decent price point at the time of purchase. The resolution is great and streaming/playing games has never been better on a mobile device.
Unfortunately, the downsides that I've experienced are almost as impactful as the good. The battery does drain relatively quickly throughout the day. You can do things to optimize your life like closing idle apps, closing apps in general or power saving, but I think the battery could have been better. The camera quality is TERRIBLE. I get it's supposed to be more a tablet, but still. I compared the picture quality now with my Galaxy Ultra and it's on a lower level for sure. For the price I'm paying, it would've been nice to keep the pen, especially because this is a tablet phone... But most of all, my Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. I bought this phone brand new and haven't been super impressed so far. 6.5/10 stars
