Beautiful machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is beautiful, and the drink selection is awesome. Easy to follow instructions and manual to get everything set up. I love how you can have 4 profiles. The water tank is easy to fill and slides out nicely. The top area you dump in coffee beans and can change the grind level. The touch screen is intuitive, you can change drink intensity and cup size, and can also sort by milk based drinks and coffee. So far I’ve tried the americano, latte and cappuccino, and I can’t wait to make more! I tried with soy milk and it came out nice and frothy, would love to try with cow milk and other plant based milks too. I do have pistachio milk on hand but it only allows almond, soy and oat milk. The clean up is easy, and I’m not too worried about the maintenance in the future since it seems organized and easy to understand. There is a clean feature on the frother too. I noticed the water tank does run out pretty quick since I made 4 drinks in a row. Can’t wait to experience more drinks! I’ve definitely stepped up my coffee game. Thank you Influenster for letting me try a Delonghi.

High-end espresso machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing that is immediately clear is that this is a high-end espresso machine meant for those who take their coffee drinks seriously. For the average user who is not picky with their coffee and don't care too much about the details, this might not be all that necessary. However if you take your coffee seriously and want to be able to make cafe quality drinks, this should be in consideration.
Setting up this machine was quite a daunting task. I read the manual and spent quite a bit of time trying to make sure I did not miss any details in setting this up. In retrospect, all that reading was probably not necessary. It's probably a good idea to wash all the components that would touch your drink with warm water before using it but apart from that, there's not too much you need to prepare. It's easiest to just plug in the machine and follow the instructions on the screen to set it up rather than spending so much time in the manual. The instructions were quite simple to follow and in no time the machine was set up.
Making a drink with super easy with the touch screen. I was easily able to select which drink I wanted, select the size and intensity and have it prepare the drink. I chose a latte and it requested that I add some milk to the carafe. One thing that was a little confusing was I was not sure how much milk I would need. This is probably something that you will need to learn with experience as it does not handhold you in exactly how much milk you need in the carafe. It was able to really quickly steam the milk and dispense the milk and espresso shot. The entire process from grinding beans to having a drink ready took probably just a minute. The speed is quite impressive. The drink tasted quite good, a definite step up from drip coffee. There's so much to explore with all the different drinks on the menu and the various settings including the grind size and the intensities. It'll take a while for me to fully understand every aspect of this machine but I can immediately tell that it is a high quality product just from making a couple of drinks.
Maintenance is fairly simple. There's a bunch of things that the machine does by itself or via the maintenance menu such as rinsing some of the parts. Some of the parts you'll need to hand wash while others may be placed in the dishwasher. There's also a water filter that needs to be replaced every 2 months if the water you use isn't the best. There's also the descaler or that can be used in case you need to descale the machine. Apart from that there doesn't seem to be all that much that you need to do to maintain the machine.
This machine is quite complex and take some effort to learn all the kinks. However it is well worth it if you want to make great espresso drinks at home. While the machine's not cheap, it could potentially save you money over time compared to constantly purchasing drinks at coffee shops. Definitely recommend considering this if you're serious about your coffee.

I love all the coffee options it offers and how you can personalize each to your liking. With that said, it is a little bulky and a bit loud, but honestly, that's not an issue for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is fantastic. It makes a wide variety of drinks from whole beans. Just add the whole beans and the machine will grind them up in an internal grinder automatically. It also makes drinks with ground coffee. It has memory for 4 people to choose their special drinks or choose from the menu. They are all so delicious I love this machine. Clean up is a breeze.

A Dream to Own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is an at home coffee lovers dream! Easy to set up with the touch screen guide once you plug it in and start it up. The way it can blend up the coffee beans on different settings is so convenient. You just choose what you prefer. I love that you can add your specific coffee brews to your very own profile. I was worried it might be a little too confusing for me since I’ve never owned anything so fancy before but it wasn’t! It literally tells you exactly what to do and when. It comes with a water hardness test strip so you can determine what setting to set it on. It came with water filters and a descaler. I was super excited to see it came with Signature Espresso Beans so I could test it out right away! It was so exciting to see it working. I felt so fancy, with my own milk frother to go with it! I did however fail to fill my milk frother all the way up so just make sure you’re not like me and have to quickly hit the stop button. Luckily, it just moved on to brewing my coffee so no harm done I suppose. The coffee tatstes absolutely amazing so I’ll definitely be looking for that brand of coffee beans when I run out!

I love that it is digital, that everything you need to enjoy a great cup of cappuccino or coffee is included! They even added coffee! I love that I can personalize it so I can add my own profile and my family members. It comes with instructions, and my 18 year old set it up no problem, and when I needed help, I went to the website, and a live person showed me what to do step by step. It's kind of big so you want to make sure you have the right space for it. I would definitely recommend this product to any and everyone!
