Exquisite Machine! 🤩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family truly loves this machine, sometimes I think even more than me! We used to make our espressos on a stovetop moka coffee machine but have quickly replaced it with our DeLonghi. It has also replaced a lot of our other machines like our teapot, frother and even our grinder when we want to use coffee beans. The only thing I would say is to watch a couple of YouTube videos on how to utilize it and clean it as the directions can be a little difficult. But besides that I definitely recommend!!

Easy to use, wide selection, great taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this coffee maker complimentary in exchange for an honest review. The coffee maker works great. I was intimidated by it at first as I’ve never owned a more complex coffee maker like this one but it’s super easy to use and even the initial set up wasn’t difficult. I’ve tried making multiple types of drinks and all came out tasting great. I love that it has a touch screen and a wide selection of drinks that you can customize to your preference. It remembers your preferences under your profile so selecting your customized coffee is as simple as pressing one button once set up. Maintenance is fairly easy too. It lets you know when it’s time to refill the water tank, empty the coffee grounds etc. All the parts seem good quality and I think it’ll last a long time with the right care. I like it comes with a warranty. Here’s more detail:
Set up of the machine
The initial set up ended up being pretty easy. There was a lot of information in the manual and it seemed a bit overwhelming at first but as you go step by step they make it really easy to understand both by following the manual and the instructions the coffee maker gives you along with pictures. The coffee maker lets you scan a QR code with youtube videos where setting up is explained. I’d recommend looking up and watching these videos first before setting up the coffee maker, as they were really useful for the parts where I was second guessing myself, but unfortunately we watched them after the whole set up was done.

Taste
The manual said the first 4-5 cups of coffee won’t taste as good but honestly even those tasted pretty good to me and my husband. So far, we tried to make cappuccinos, lattes, espresso with whole coffee beans and also used the milk function just to make some hot foamy milk for hot chocolate and other drinks. All ended up being delicious.

Milk carafe
As someone who never used a coffee maker with a milk carafe like this, it looked a bit intimidating but turns out to be super easy and intuitive to use. I like that you can keep the milk in the carafe in the fridge for up to 2 days so you don’t have to waste any unused milk and you just plug it back in when you’re making the next drink. The milk spout gets rinsed even with the milk still in the carafe, which is really handy.

Best coffee at home

It makes amazing fresh coffee with a great grinder in built. The milk frother is an added bonus. I love that you can customize your drinks.

What an amazing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know how I ever lived without this! I previously had a competitor machine that was limited only to their branded capsules of coffee. I always wanted a more advanced espresso machine, but they seemed overwhelming to me. This machine is fully automatic which I appreciate so much! You just fill the top with beans and it grinds them for you based on the drink you select, no tamping involved. I love all of the cleaning reminders; making sure that you clean the milk dispenser after each use and it even reminds you to store it in the fridge. It has meters to let you know when the water filter needs changed, when the machine needs to be cleaned and so much more. It came with descaling solution, which I haven’t had to use yet but the instructions seem very straight forward! Daily maintenance seems very easy so far, you just dump the coffee grinds from the bottom and give it a quick rinse. My husband and I are having so much fun trying out all of the drink variations and finding our favorites. I love that it has profiles for each member of the household so that we can save our favorites and easily access them. All of the drinks are also completely customizable! Set up was a breeze, especially thanks to the screen on the machine, guiding you through it. Honestly, I’m blown away by this machine and can’t wait to show it off to friends and family whenever they come over!

I’m a sahm of two so coffee is much needed and it’s great to be able to save money and not having to leave the house for expensive Starbucks! It is really low maintenance and easy to clean. There are a good selection of brewing this machine offers anywhere from a tea to an iced coffee!

Best espresso machine ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delonghi Magnifica Plus is by far the best espresso machine i have ever used, and I have worked as a barista! Here are some of my favorite things about it:
- it grinds the beans! No separate coffee grinder needed. You can also use pre-ground beans, but why would you when the Magnifica Plus has a conical grinder that does it for you right before each cup?
- The milk frother has 3 froth levels to choose from and the highest setting is VERY frothy! You can also use it independently from the coffee shop it is great for my chai protein lattes!
- There are so many drinks to choose from, including iced coffee, and you can choose size and intensity levels easily. You can also save the settings of each drink so it always makes it how you like it. You can also add separate profiles for different members of the household.
- Everything comes out at the perfect temperature. No burnt coffee!
- The stouch screen tells you how to make each drink, when to fill the water tank, dump the grinds and clean the milk frother.
-Super easy to clean. Most can be washed in the dishwasher.
- The hot water for tea comes out of a separate spout than the coffee so it doesn't taste like coffee.
- It is a reasonable size for my counter top.
- Most importantly, the quality of the coffee is so so good!

The only improvement I can think of is that the sizes are a bit arbitrary. You might have to play around a bit with each drink to see what size works for your cups.
All things considered, I couldn't be happierwith the Magnifica Plus. Most drinks are made in about 90 seconds and the quality is top notch. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
