Quick and easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had waited until I had a lot of time to set this up which I definitely did not need. The screen walked you through everything and I didn’t even have to read the instructions. The coffee was too strong for my liking at first but once you update your preferences it is perfect. Cleaning was a breeze and I like that it printed you to clean. It wasn’t the quietest but that didn’t bother me at all. I liked that you could save multiple profiles as my partner and I like our drinks totally different. We have a one bedroom apt and it didn’t take up to much counter space which I loved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The things that were produced from this machine were nothing short of amazing. It took me a little while to grasp some of the information on how to use it, but when I did, it worked wonders. Every drink was something special. I can't figure out which function is my favorite because they all are.

All plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in place of my honest opinion. I have quite a bit of thought. This is made mostly of plastic. Which I expected more for the price. You can put your own beans in the top, and it grinds them fresh, or you can use already ground up coffee. I have trouble getting a full cup of coffee out of this. Weather, I set it for XL size or do it with the manual settings. Sometimes, I get more or less coffee with the same setting. I'm not sure why. Then there's other times it gives an error and dumps the good coffee it just ground up into the waste drawer. So it ends up wasting coffee. I'm not sure if I got one that is faulty or what. But it does make a good cup of coffee. And I love the hot water dispenser and frother. I'm not sure whether I would recommend it or not. I'm on the fence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect espresso machine. It’s so easy to use, and makes the best coffee drinks. It walks you through the set up step by step, and you’re able to add different profiles. Only downside - it’s huge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by simplicity of the set up for this espresso machine. From opening box to my first drink was about 12 minutes. The drink was the perfect temperature. Easy to use and is a lot more compact than other machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband says it's the best coffee machine ever! He makes coffee everyday with this and he loves it. No more buying coffee at the stores! It makes the best expressos and I love how easy it is to use and stays clean. I like the size of it and the way it looks. I highly recommend it to everyone that's looking for a new expresso machine.

Extremely user friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed with this espresso machine… I had no idea one piece of equipment could make so many drinks. I love the touch screen that walks you through everything step by step and I think it’s great that it tells you went to clean the components, when to empty the grounds compartment, when to refill the water, etc. The fact that it grinds your beans for you is so convenient. It is extremely user friendly and we will be retiring our old pod espresso maker to continue using this one!

This machine makes fantastic coffee beverages. The milk frother is super easy to use and offers various settings. I appreciate being able to clean the brew group on this machine. I really enjoy the display and the fact that everyone has their own user profile. Each user can customize and save their choice for the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!
