Cleans well but cumbersome

Heats up quickly and cleans well but you have to hold the trigger the entire time and it starts to hurt your hand. The trigger should be able to be locked in position. Also there's no way yo wrap up the cord nicely. And there only a pause button, no on/off so you have to unplug to stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have the orange version purchased in early 2024. used 3 times as a handheld steamer and twice as a mop and no longer produces steam. total junk. unfortunately its probably passed the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely loud and does not work like it is shown. It is laughable how little steam comes out.

I have owned several Bissell products from Crosswaves to Steam mops, but man I've got to learn my lesson and stop wasting my money with this brand. This thing preforms nothing like what you see in the demo video. It may as well be a squirt gun. I would say out of an hour using it, 50 minutes are wasted doing nothing, the other 10 you kinda have steam. It blows about as hard as my 93 yr old grandmother when shes blowing out her candles. If you want something that spits out water and kinda maybe a little bit of steam, go with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is very good. The steam mop is sort of noisy and doesn't produce a lot of steam so it is not as effective as I had hoped. The attachments provided will clean just about anything. The best job it did was removing grease from the inside of the oven window.
