Good Machine, attachments are poor quality

Machine is compact and easy to use. I bought it to clean my tile floor and grout. Unfortunately the grout brush attachment basically disintegrated after one use. This was disappointing. But the floor pad itself works well.

Used for general cleaning of ceramic tile floors throughout the house. Holding the trigger in for the length of time required to complete a room a bit difficult. Possible the positioning of the trigger or maybe just the weight of the machine was the cause. I also was somewhat disappointed in how well it cleaned the grout lines. Though I did not use the grout tool, which I will do the next time I try this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think the steamer performed well but when I told my daughter about it, she said I should look it up because it’s not recommended for LVP and in the advertisement it said it would be fine now I’m scared to use it because I spent a lot of money on my flooring and I don’t want the steamer to lift the planks.

The Bissell Power Steamer lacks pressure.
It only works for small, very precise tasks.
You have to get extremely close and hold it for a long time to see any results.
It provides almost no cleaning power.
I only used it once due to health issues, and now I can’t return it since the window closed.
Sadly, it’s just useless for me.

Was not very impressed by the performance of the steam cleaner. Inconsistent steam and not very powerful. I have only used it as handheld. And so far rate it as a lucky 2

I've always wet mopped my floors and thought a steam cleaner would get them cleaner based on what I read. I was very disappointed. The tool went together easily enough and was simple to operate. It hardly seemed to dampen the floors and the steam wasn't that much. I have matte tiled floors and the steam cleaner just didn't get them clean no matter how many times I passed the mop over. I found it annoying that I had to keep the steam button pressed to get steam. Even with a 25 foot cord it was still a chore replugging it in around my large open space. I returned the cleaner as it just didn't achieve what I wanted.
