[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my steamer for a few weeks now and am pleased so far! I have successfully steamed clothing and was happy that it did not "spit" water out on my clothing, as other clothing steamers have done before. I have used the steamer to clean the grout of my ceramic tile floor! AMAZING! So far, so good! The steamer isn't too heavy and has been easy to use so far. I would like to have more tutorials or how-to's on the website.

Badically a good product. I cannot give it 5 stars because it is pnly good for light cleaning of both tile and hardwood floors. Not sufficient pressure and zero rotation for deeper cleaning. However, that is to be expected as Bissell has deeper ckeaning products designed for this purpose. I find this product works bedt if First, vacuum; next, wet mop, then use the steam cleaner. On first use, Inheld the steam trigger on too long resulting in too much water output. A little practice remedied this self-created probkem. I like the oroduct and recommend its purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!
