Used to clean hardwood and tiled floor. Easily removed stains and oily stains from both surfaces. Didn't have to use heavy steam setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my new Steam Mop one time so it's a little early to review it as I feel I may not be giving it a fair rating. I was very disappointed when I started to mop my kitchen ceramic floor as it seemed like I'd only hear a little shoot of steam every now and then and the floor didn't even seem damp. So then I called customer support and watched the trouble shooting video and after doing everything I was told to do (including putting a paper clip in the hole at the end of the stick), it seemed better but I'm still not completely sold it is doing the best job possible. I purchased this product because of the excellent reviews and because of all the little tools included which I am looking forward to trying but have not used yet. I'm hoping my review will be changed to 5 stars once I've given this product more of a chance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop is used in my home on floors and bathrooms. The steam is quite strong for a household steamer and the different attachments make it a useful tool for several jobs. It is lightweight and easy to use, only complaint is it is a little addictive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the steamer on my tile floor. I can't say I saw any difference in the floor once I finished. There were spots I was hoping the steamer would clean up but it didn't. I am disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the slim steamer to do all my linoleum and hardwood floors. I haven't ventured out to use the hand-held attachment. I like it very much so far. My only issue was that it seems hard to push on the floor-----It may be that I had the microfiber pad on wrong. :-) It does a wonderful job on the floors and takes no time at all. I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great to clean wood floor, the tile and brush for tile damage just one time clean. Some of dirty took long time to remove.
