I am not real sure if I would purchase again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first use was AMAZING!! The next day, however, the unit struggled to produce consistent steam, I did not use tap water as instructed so I am not sure the issue with the continuous clicking??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have large expanses of tile floors to clean. Previous attempts with manual and power mops left streaks. The heavy duty steam mop has not left streaks. Looks like the extra large head, the heavy duty scrub pad and the additional (separately purchased) heavy duty scrub pad seem to do the trick. Machine washing of the pads sets us up for a clean start next time.

The grout tool is amazing, the microfiber pads with scent dics complete the job and leave my floor looking good as new. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for my linoleum floors and my tile floors. It works great. Very happy with how well it cleans hard stuck on grim on my floors and tile. The grout cleaner attachment doesn't clean the grout. The other attachments don't do anything spectacular. I don't use them because they haven't been useful in what they are intended for. The wand feels wobbly and it's disconcerting when having to maneuver the mop. It feels like it could come apart or snap off. The mop pads are not the easiest to put on but they clean well. I love the constant steam and the two settings. It takes longer to dry then ones I've had before but it is a trade off with the ease and the deep cleaning it does. If it felt more secure when it's attached to the mop I'd give it a four star. If I could give two different ratings I'd give it a 5 starts for its cleaning ability and it would get a 4 stars for the fact it doesn't feel secure when all put together and 2 stars for the attachment.
