[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In this time of bad virus, when buying cleaning products is hard (empty shields, can't leave home) I am so grateful for this little magical machine!! I cleaned my entire home spotlessly!!!! And I feel safe! Thank you! You definitely have a fan, Bissell!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Steam Mop, the removable head and extension made it so much easier to use on all surfaces. The only disappointment, was, when it suggests cleaning after every use it should say 'before' the pads have a chance to start drying. Which is hard if your doing a whole house. But if you don't, they will be stained forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it a short time, but already found a bunch of uses for it. We had some sticky residue on a wood-laminated surface. I tried removing it with cleaners, but that didn't work. But 5 seconds with the hand steamer (with attachment) got it right up. Nice product - well designed. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to steam clean my shower walls and kitchen appliances. Very pleased with the results but wish the steam was a little more continuous...
