[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it first time as part of deep for bed bugs. Have tried a few steamers and this is the best. Had some delays in shipping with the ongoing pandemic but customer service were brilliant - personal and attentive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the slim several weeks ago and it took longer than expected to arrive but customer service was fantastic in helping expedite my order. With the COVID19 situation a delay in delivery is to be expected. I bought the unit to steam my new tile floors and it has met my expectations. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way it works and the tools that came with it especially the grout cleaner has been useful to me. The only downside, I wish it had the pegs to wrap the cord on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to hate mopping, with the traditional bucket and mop that you have to lug and wring. I am also reluctant to use the disposable kind. And the smell of cleaning products annoy me. This mop solves the aforementioned issues. I am a happy customer so far.

I work in EMS and never know what I'm bringing home. As a single mother of two children the last thing I want to do is expose them to whatever I bring in from work. They themselves bring in their own germs lol .... ahh the days of elementary school. With this steam mop the germs and crud don't stand a chance. Another upside is it doesn't scare my dog... another dirt source .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying my new steam mop. It does a great job cleaning the floors and I like that it can be used as a separate steam cleaner without the mop attachment. It's been nice to be able to sanitize things without chemicals during this time of Covid 19.
