[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm loving it. Was quick to set up and get started. Did a great job on my floors, even with the soft cover. Can't wait to try the scrubby one next. #sweepstakes

I bought the Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop Model 2075A over a year ago but I've never been happy with it so seldom use it. Today I tried it again but I still hate it! #1, you only hear the steam every now and then so I'm not sure if it's working or not. #2 I find it heavy and cumbersome (I'm almost 70 years old). You have to hold the steam lever all the time in order for it to (supposedly) steam and with arthritis this is hard to do. #3 I had an Oreck steamer before which quit after about 3 years. It was self standing, you could lock the steam lever if you wanted to so you didn't have to hold it all the time and you could hear the steam constantly shooting out. The floors would get hot to the touch and dried in minutes. The only reason I switched is because the steam finally did quit. This Bissell had so many good reviews and was $100 less so I decided to switch. Very sorry I did. This will be the last Bissell steam cleaner I buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mop is not easy to use, cord is awkward, mop doesn't glide smoothly on floor. Very hard to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We fell immediately in-love! I've never seen my daughter excited to show off cleaning, but when I came home after the first time she used it, she was all lit up with what she called "her new toy". She said it made her feel powerful as she was easily removing stuck on grime and had to show me. The floors aren't sticky and we have to use at least 2 gallons less water since we don't have to fill a mop bucket. It's easy to use and so versatile. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically contacted Bissell before buying this product because i have RA in both hands. Weight is a huge issue and i was told this product was light weight. Lie! I am saddled with a product that i cannot use due to the wight and my handicap. This was not my first Bissell online order (my old steamer finally died) and i am very disappointed
