[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how handy and slim this is and it heats up quite fast. I have not tried all the tools yet but I love the fact that I have options. The only issue is that I have to constantly hold the button for the steam and the top is quite heavy to hold for some time. This is a great option for small apts and condos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a wonderful product but you need patience. Cause it takes time to cover a big space. But it works like a charm. Reaches places corners crevices that a rag just won't get to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know nothing about steam mops. That being the case, I relied on Consumer Reports and their testing and review. That review led me to purchase the Heavy Duty Steam Mop. It is a winner. There are no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was amazing to clean the grout! The grout was completely black for many years and the Steamer was able to remove it with ease. We decided to buy another one for our parents due to how great the product is!

The only thing I have found that I don't like about this steamer is the small attachments, like the grout cleaning tools, do not remain locked on the wand. This should be redesigned so the little brushes don't keep unlocking and falling off. Other than that I am completely satisfied with this steamer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it weekly to sanitize and clean my floors. I specifically bought this to keep floors sanitize around the litter box, entry way, and bathroom. It fantastically doubles to clean counters, windows, the stove, and steam clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect to go from tile to hardwood, and my floors shine in the sunlight. The option to steam counter-tops, sinks, and the stove with the handheld portion makes makes this a multi-purpose cleaning product that can't be beat. With my allergies and asthma steam cleaning is gentle on my lungs and perfection in my home. This product is exactly what I hoped for.
