[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. It's very powerful for cleaning stubborn grease and soap scum. Also good for sanitizing unwashable fabric like mattress, sofa mat etc. The weight is lighter than I thought and the cord is very long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be nice to have more steam settings and for the button lock down so you don't have to be pressing all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean my hardwood floors, my tiles in my bathroom and best of all, it detached and becomes a steam version of a power washer. It's fun to watch the dirt melt and wash away.

The Bissel PowerFresh Steam Mop is excellent for cleaning grout and tile floors. I have used it to steam clean many other areas of my home as well. It heats up quickly and does a superb job of keeping things clean and bright. You might even say it is fun to use! I did not appreciate the fact that initially, I had to exchange it for one that worked properly; however Bissell allowed me to keep all the accessories that came with both items. The cord is hard to store and gets in the way when using the machine. It is nevertheless light and easy to move the unit. The accessories are easy to access and it is very simple to change to the handheld position. All in all if the machine lasts it is an excellent buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a steam mop that would work on walls or other vertical surfaces. This machine does that VERY well! Suggest Bissell develop a machine specific to wall cleaning. We own the Bissell carpet cleaner, 2 vacuums and 2 steam mops in our household. ALL work great!! Thanks Bissell!!!
