[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great steamer. The only thing I don't like is how you have to hold the steam trigger constantly while mopping, making fingers and hand tired on a large floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its good but not great. Takes a lot of effort to steam off gunk in sinks. Good on floors but not enough steam to get all the dirt off the tile in my kitchen. The fill cup has a hole in it so it is useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works, but is not powerful at all. I've tested this out using the high steam function on grout and outside window sills and it really has little power behind it. Thus, while there is steam and it works, you still need elbow grease to scrub or really get into nooks to hand clean. So sad. I was really looking forward to this.

I like the steam cleaner, it does a good job on my vinyl plank floors. I wish there was a way you could lock the steam trigger so you do not have to hold it down the whole time. That would make it so much easier to use.
