Definitely it's a great modem, I used to have issues with ISP equipment and since I got the CM2050V never had an issue, highly recommended

I was nervous about buying my first modem with a phone line, but Netgear provided great instructions and a product that rapidly got me connected to the internet an Xfinity Voice. Working from home has been enhanced by this purchase!

The CM2050V modem was easy to set up. Purchase using NETGEAR's website was easy and informative of the modem's characteristics and speed. I needed it to be compatible with my server and capable of connecting for a phone line. I thought the modem would enable the faster speeds advertised, but 330 Mbps is not shabby as I noticed during Internet Speed Tests. All working well. FYI: I have a NETGEAR router as well. Thank you NETGEAR.

I have xfinity/comcast of 1200 speed. I was barely getting 180 speed next to modem and router. Upstairs i got 74 speed with an extender in my room.

Fairly easy set-up, although the out of the box instructions did not work as well as the Comcast-Xfinity App. Works well with my Comcast-Xfinity internet service, and supports Comcast-Xfinity phone service as well. Pays for itself in 2 years versus renting. The output from the modem goes to an Orbi router mesh system I just purchased (You will need a separate router).
I would recommend this to a friend!
