[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, great customer support, This is my second round with Netgear because of their great customer support. It’s better the 5 stars!!!! I had my last modem for 5 years and when it stopped working I called customer support who helped me diagnose the problem over the phone with a live person. Thank you Netgear.

Solid Modem

Really easy to install. We use it for our comcast telephone and internet service. Comcast of course has to get involved to register and initialize the service with the new modem. It worked like a charm. Steady signal, no dropping so far.

It Works….it really works

It’s harder and harder these days to find products that do what is advertised. This cable modem is a set it and forget it type product. You plug it in and it does the rest. Has ports for 2 phone lines, and 1 Ethernet port…..wish it had a couple more though. Good product would recommend.
