Easy install but .....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t really used much but satisfied so far. Easy install, but one issue. Happy with a/c but the fan runs continuously. Fan does not shut off when unit shuts down after reaching set temperature. I called the help line and they said it does continue to run all the time. If I had known this first I would have looked further for one that fan shuts down when unit does.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, when the air conditioner is active the fan will continue to run after the cooling system has turned off in order to cycle and test the air temperature. We do carry other models with an Eco Mode that will turn both the fan and cooling system off as needed, though this feature is not currently available for this model. We hope you continue to enjoy your new air conditioner!

Horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked for less than a month before it started making loud buzzing noises and the air didn’t get cold. Assuming a faulty compressor. Thankful for Target’s return policy!

Kept me cool through the summer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought mine in early summer and used it until the weather finally cooled down in October. Was able to cool a relatively small room without any issues.
I had originally purchased an identical model that would occasionally start buzzing without warning (it sounded like Cthulu being summoned when it went off at 3 in the morning). Fortunately I was able to exchange it for an identical model without any extra fees. Had no issues with the new model, which is described above.
