Cool Appliance (Pun Intended)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My room gets pretty hot during the day because of the south facing windows, but with the AC unit, the temperature stays at a perfect level whenever I have it on. I just wish it didn’t need to be drilled in to the window and there was some alternative way to secure it since my apartment is a rental unit. But I love it and it’s perfect for the room.

Warranty service great!

I followed the simple warranty replacement and got the new unit today and install. It's working great. I was shocked at how fast and easy the warranty redemption process was. Thank you! I now have icy cold air in my bedroom again.

Good A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puts out good cool air you can feel all over the room. We have it in our bedroom and it's doing it's job in this over 100 degrees heat. It gets chilly at night and I have to turn it way down. My only complaint is it was advertised to cool 250 sq ft room. Says on box cools 150 sq foot room but that's plenty for our room.
