Decent Little AC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is about the smallest window AC unit on the market, and it does a pretty decent job cooling a small room. You need to weatherstrip the window cavity really well, and keep the room's door closed, but it will definitely drop the temp of a small room.

2nd time around a charm

Quit working after 10 months

My product has stopped working. I am trying to get into contact with Frigidaire but their phone support is unavailable. I need to see if there is a manufacturer warranty I can go through to get this item replaced.

Cools extremely small room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my small bedroom. It cools it down but takes a long time and does not blow the air out far. I have to use a tower fan as a supplement. So, I would not buy this product again.

Loud and ineffective

My slumlord replaced a molding unit with this cheap one. The A/C struggles to cool my small bedroom when it’s in the 70s outside so I’m dreading the Louisiana summer. Maybe it’s more effective in a less humid climate, but the air remains hot and sticky. It’s useless on low-cool, it’s obnoxiously loud on high-cool. I’ve used it maybe 4 or 5 times and it’s starting to rattle.

If you have the correct size for your room, and the air conditioner does not feel cool to your liking, you want to ensure that the filter is cleaned. You also want to ensure that the front of air conditioner is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture, etc. As this can restrict air distribution.
