What we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as our second window air conditioner unit in our small NYC apartment window. It provides cool air that reaches past our kitchen into the living room, which was our goal. Installation was fairly straight forward, although the side inserts on the air conditioner were bent when delivered. We had to fix ourselves in order to install the extender to fit in our window.

Perfect for cooling a small room!

Performs as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to beat the summer heat and have been using it daily since. It is compact and a bit heavy but once installed, can be left alone until you want to move the unit elsewhere. There are 7 temperature settings and High/Low and Fan/Cool cycles. On a really hot day, I’ll have the High Cool setting cranked up, but if it’s a cooler evening, I’ll just turn on the Low Fan. In brief, there are enough settings on this unit to get the combo you are looking for. I also registered the product with Frigidaire for the 1-year warranty.

Great for small rooms!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we found ourselves working from home during COVID, our "home office" became rather hot and stuffy. We needed a way to cool a small room (less than 130 square feet) without cranking the rest of the AC's in our home. This unit was perfect for our needs. Small, light weight and very easy to install by ourselves. It has kept the room quite comfortable without having to set it on high cool. It is also relatively quiet (compared to our other window AC units) so we are able to have Skype, Zoom and phone calls without difficulty.

Worked for 3 days then stopped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing only worked for 3 days. Frigidaire made me cut the cord and take pictures. Said they would send a replacement, but never did. Garbage product, garbage company.
