Cold air

I put it in my bedroom window and it cools the whole room really fast and makes sleeping possible for me again. Excellent air conditioner and I do recommend this.

Wonderful relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this Frigidaire air conditioner mainly because it’s overall dimensions are for a smaller window. I was skeptical because I thought because of the size it would not cool the entire area. I was wrong. The temp outside was 96 and humid. I cranked on the A/C and within 15 minutes my kitchen, living room and hallway (approx 650 sq ft) were cold (72, no humidity). What a difference. I had to get up and shut it off during the night because it became too cold! I am so happy I made this purchase. Not only did it fit right into the casing (I have high outside window casings) but it is so quiet. The air flow direction gizmo is also great so initially I could direct the flow of the cold air to quickly minimize the hot air in the room. Has four or five settings so you can adjust to your liking. The highest, coldest level eliminated that heat in a hurry.

Does the job for small room

to fiddle with it to find just the right setting but it was worth it. I do keep the door open a few inches and it works perfectly. Not too noisy, easy to install.

It Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a townhouse and my bedroom is upstairs, it gets crazy hot and muggy in the summer and so I bought this window air conditioner. It's been a life saver and actually cools the downstairs living room by closing doors and running a small fan. Great product and that's why I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator It's fantastic.

Unit Broke Within 2 Months

Perfect for a small space
