Easy to install (actually a friend helped me) and keeping my bedroom cool at night so I can sleep. Easy to use. Not noisy. I'd buy it again

features are minimum, flow vents should allow for a right and left than can be adjusted accordingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it takes too long to cool off the room initially, have to wait over an hour to be cooled off. Additionally, it is much too noisy.

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. We aim to make the unit as quiet as possible but there are still sounds you may hear during operation. Your AC does have air directional louvers that can be adjusted left or right. Page 6 in the Use and Care Guide provides information on the louvers. Also, I advise you to review page 8 in the Guide for tips regarding the unit taking a long time to cool. Great but...

I bought my product on jun 3rd and less then a month later it broke. Making a loud buzzing noise and stopped cooling altogether in the middle of a heatwave. It ran up my electric bill.... before it broke the AC was doing great! Cooled my 150 sq. ft room no problem. Still waiting for the the replacement to come in. Loved it when it worked but as of right now... not a happy customer.

Gets the job done
