[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this air conditioner a little over a month ago during a period of extreme hot and humid weather. The goal was to find a compact efficient machine that would immediately solve the problem. The size and cooling power is awesome.

Love this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 've used this for almos a month and it's great. The weight - 41#- is easier to work with than heavier competitors' products. It is made with sturdier materials and better quality than another brand i tried. Temps outside are 100 degrees plus, and this unit successfully cools even on a low setting. My only suggestion is to make it quieter....but it's not bad. Other brands are know for being extremely quiet. This is just white noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't be any happier it really cools down my room to the extent I have to turn the thermostat down! The drain water valve does not drain, perhaps it's not supposed to??
Still working like a charm!
