Terrible service— zero stars

I bought this 2 months ago and it stopped working after only a month. I tried contacting Frigidaire multiple times and eventually took the unit into one of the automated service’s suggested repair shops. They said it was unit that couldn’t be repaired and that Frigidaire had to replace. They gave me another phone number and said to make sure to speak to an actual customer service rep. I called multiple times and was hung up on by the automated machine each time. I’ve wasted entirely too much time and energy trying to get what I thought I was paying for.

Economical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July 2020 my AC died and this was the only available AC Unit for purchase, It keeps one room cool and is economical my energy bills are less then last year. It isn paying for itself and I am not hot! WINNING!!

Great Unit For The Budget!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit now for well over a month. I must say there aren’t any disappointments. This Unit cools are a nice square footage of space without any problems. It works just fine, and at times I have to turn on lower power or even off because it gets cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioning is very good. Great for small rooms. Doesn't make the room super cold but comfortable. I hate getting out the bed when the room is freezing cold. So works for me.

Fits in a small window
