[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit for my garage and it is working to take the humidity down and the edge off, even though the garage is 475 sq. ft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these units to keep my first level cool through this recent heat wave. I have one on each end room, providing a level cool. I took off one star, because this model doesn't have a drain hole. I was instructed by customer service, I have to tilt unit outside to drain. Other than that, they are a good bang for the buck. Not too loud either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has worked well for a small unit, kept high when it is extra hot out.

Not quite as cool as I was hoping for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this AC unit in a 12'x11' room with two windows, one facing southeast and the other facing northeast. The AC unit is in the southeast facing window. During the last heat wave, the temperature of the room was tolerable but not comfortable despite being on high cool. To be fair, the remainder of the window in which it was installed was uncovered, so the sun was shining through during much of the day. And on the plus side, installation was quite easy and fast. I just wish it were more powerful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great addition to bedroom so I can sleep in cam fort at night when my central air doesn’t kick on!
