Arrived Damaged

After purchasing two (2) of the exact A/C's Units 3 years ago (same model) one of the two units started to blow "hot air" only, with no compressor engaging. After a few minutes of troubleshooting and not having the proper tools or replacement parts , I decide to purchase another unit "like for like". Please see pictures of unit arriving damaged. New unit appears to be working but based on the damage, my concern is that there is internal damage to parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight of the unit is manageable. It fit well into the double hung window using the supplied expandable side panels. It cools the small room quickly when the temperature control is set to maximum cool. The level of noise is not too loud.
