Small but a disappointment
on August 17, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the A/C based on a variety of reviews. It is small but very loud. Even on high cool, it takes a long time to cool down a 10x10 ft room. And even then, it does not get cold. I'm disappointed in my purchase.

Hello, MStep15!
This is never the kind of experience we want our customers to have. We're sorry we let you down and are here to see if we can turn your experience around. Regarding no cool issues, if the unit is running and not cooling verify the mode is set for “cool” and the selected set point is below room temperature. Unit may have a 3 minute delay to protect the compressor before starting. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us via Live Chat or call us at 1-800-374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8 pm EST and we will dive right in. We look forward to hearing from you!-Angel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with this unit. It was extremely easy to install, it's small, lightweight and very efficient. I live in a pretty busy area of the city so the sound it makes is nice at muffling the outdoor noise without it making any obnoxious sounds. Also, a lot of air conditioners turn off and on throughout the night which has always bothered me and wakes me up. This one is consistent which I appreciate.
