Took a long time to

Took a long time to put together but it feels really sturdy and even I, dad, can get on the top and feel secure. Kids love the stairs too, which is great for little ones who find ladders trickier. The stairs make the size a little bigger so it definitely takes up a lot of space. Be sure you're ready for that. But it looks great too, the color stayed great.

Overall, the bed is good. Like the staircase versus a ladder & appreciate that you can put the staircase on either side of the bed to accommodate your room set up, but don’t like the fact that the clearance between the top & bottom bunk (with a 5” mattress) is tiny. It’d be nice if I can at least sit up (I’m 6 ft).

Great but 2 issues.

I would have left a full five stars but I have two minor qualms. 1. The rails on the top bunk are not the sturdiest and are only held in by dowels they feel as though it wouldn’t take much pressure to break in the middle, which is the weakest point. 2. I would suggest adding a support bar to the bottom bunk as well. The bottom slats do not sit on the floor and it doesn’t take much pressure to hear stress from them. I have to be careful of where I put my knee when making the bed on the bottom because the slats don’t have any support other than themselves and having to pull the mattress off the bed every time to make it is quite tedious. Aside from those 2 issues I would highly recommend the bed. My 2 girls love it. Weight wise on the bottom I would advise a smaller child unless a support beam was installed either through Max and Lily or yourself.

Absolutely love this bunk bed. The size is perfect for our space. I was able to build it by myself without any issues. The quality is great and we are very happy with our purchase!

The bed itself is amazing!

The bed itself is amazing! Super sturdy, top bunk easily holds both my 8yo son and I. I love the stairs to make it super easy for when the 2yo wants to climb to the top bunk. My only complaint is processing/shipping took a LONG time. However, it does say it can take this long on the website so they weren’t lying!
