Overall, for what it does its great. Its a watch , but that's it. An expensive paper weight. Right off the hop the battery is draining way faster then I anticipated. If you leave continuous monitoring on its quick draining. Around 12-15hrs tops. I've switched from a Google Pixel watch and right off the batt find the interface hard to navigate around. From the tech side its amazing how engineering has enabled such complex projects into a watch sized device. From a consumer side its just an expensive watch with likely a shelf life of 2yrs at best. If you want to burn cash look at better options and do your homework before buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I spent a lot of time deciding which smartwatch to get, but I chose the Ultra because of its rugged build, incredible battery life, and top-tier fitness tracking—and it has not disappointed. One of my favorite things is how accurately it tracks my daily activity. It literally motivates me to take the stairs again instead of the elevator just to watch my metrics climb. If you want a beast of a watch that handles everything from intense workouts to daily grinds, this is the one!

But I really like the health stuff I set up my watch to take my blood pressure way more convient and finally I'm taking it regularly like I'm suppost to

Monitoring calls and messages when I can have my ohone by me. It makes it great to monitor sleep patterns to help with my health.
