[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to review my samsun galaxy ultra watch, not only because its a great multifunction watch. It can literally be a lifesaver for me i had a stroke last year and I need to monitor my blood pressure daily. My ultra watch allows me to do this daily numerous times and I can calibrate it for accurate readings so I know if I need to take my BP medicine. It truly is a great watch all around. And being a veteran i love that it has a rugged military look and is super durable. I can even navigate with it and my samsung phone.

But when I saw this Samsung watch, I had to buy it, and the experience has been positive. I'll upgrade to a newer model eventually, but for now, I'm happy with this great watch.

Yes the face it quite large, but I like that. I like the many options it has. I also like that it doesn't forget about those of us with medical conditions that need and want to fit into a "normal" world. It detects a fall, a seizure or even if I just need to take a break. It seems to catch things of that nature quicker than other products I've tried. For that, I'm truly grateful!

I use this watch every single day to stay on top of my health and keep my heart in shape. It does a fantastic job of monitoring my blood pressure, heart rate, and daily calorie burn.
I absolutely love the versatility of the watch faces, which I have designed specifically for my personal health needs. It lets me see all my vital stats instantly at a glance.
I love it so much that I even wear it to sleep every night so it can monitor my sleeping patterns and sleep quality. It has become such a vital part of my daily routine that I honestly can't see myself without it—I simply can't bear to be without my watch for even a moment.
This is an easy five-star product for me, and I just can't wait until I get the Watch Ultra 2!

The perfect balance for price and performance

Now I can follow my health with much more quality and precision, as a doctor I've seen very fews products that can offer so much for so little.

Excited for a new one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using smart watches with the 6 version. I chose the Ultra as an upgrade and I have probably had it since 2025 or 2026. This watch is beyond durable! I have health issues so although I carry health monitors with me, I also rely on my watch to give me alerts or for quick reads. I have done numerous house projects inside and out, been covered in dirt, clay, and water and this watch has truly held up. I know I can take a shower with it but I tend to use that time to charge. I clean it just about every other day, too. I love the way the band connects to the face much more than my 6. The face on the Ultra was is big compared to my last one and I think it only came with a large face. At first, it looked too big but I got used to it quickly. Its not heavy, either. I can go through emails, texts, the weather, answer calls, and so much more. I love using it to log workouts. I do have issues with it disconnecting from my provider a lot compared to the 6. I also have issues with it heating up and going into watch only mode when I run outside. It doesn't do that when I workout. Another draw back is the price of a replacement band. I got cheap ones instead and those give me a rash so I need to wear a bandaid under the buckle mechanism. The original didn't do that to me, which I was originally worried about when I got the 6 and when I switched to the Ultra. The face screen is 100% more durable than any phone or watch screen I have ever owned. I can't wait to get a new one.

* Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. Repeat this for the Samsung Accessory Service app if available.
* Prevent your phone from killing background services by going to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Battery, and setting it to Unrestricted or Don't optimize. Do the same for the Galaxy Watch plugin and Samsung Accessory Service.
* Refresh your phone’s wireless adapters by navigating to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings (or reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth)
* Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, tap the gear icon next to your Galaxy Watch Ultra, and select Unpair or Forget This Device, then restart both devices and re-pair through the Galaxy Wearable App
* Turning off auto-updates for apps in the Google Play Store on the watch can stop background glitching, as well.
