Other than learning your sleep patterns it can identify so many different areas in your life. Steps,heart rate, oxygen levels and so much more. I would recommend this product to all of my friends and family. The battery is insane and lasts forever.
I work with my hands and arms on water a lot and this watch isn't fazed at all. I Recommend it to anyone and everyone

Excellent for keeping track of your health and dai

Now I worry about my rest and going to the gym more often, eating healthier, etc., since I always receive valuable information and advice. I think it helps you improve your lifestyle. I specifically ordered the white color and I feel it goes with almost everything. I like to combine my outfits well and I always wear it, even on special occasions.

But I have to say that my favorite feature of my Galaxy ultra watch.Isit it monitors my sleep patterns and has even suggested.I see a sleep specialist for sleep apnea. Another one of my favorite features is that I can listen to my books on audible through my watch.

Worthy upgrade from Last Year's Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got into the wearable tech movement late, starting with the Galaxy 6 Classic, then Galaxy Ultra and now the Galaxu Ultra 2025.
The new hardware is ideal for the best results. My VO2Max score is finally being estimated correctly. For the longest time it was low 4s, now we are moving into the higher 4s as expected.
Sleep score, energy score, heart rate, even the new features with the new hardware are better estimated. I did use my older Ultra watch to read the new features, and can confirm the new hardware is better.
Here is a big one for me "Galaxy AI" is killer. It helps with automation, as well as things like auto pausing during walks and workouts when you take a break or are interrupted. Previously, I had to manually pause.
Weight, the new strap and watch weigh slightly less. Helps my wrist from fatigue.
If you can trade in, I highly recommend. And 8.0 UI.. wow. I cant wait to see what new software upgrades will happen next.

Watch band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a paraplegic. The overlapping band comes free of "band holder", the piece that keeps the extra flap down. If I slide the "holder" closer to watch prongs, the extra flap catches on my wheels as I propel. Otherwise, functionality and performance of watch are exceptional.

Perfect for my lifestyle

I love the fact that Incan choose many different cool watch faces including personalizing by choice of my own photos. It has add on apps and may even help you determine vitals and even a fall detection. I feel safe as well as proud to have my new Ultra watch.

It also has double the storage 64GB vs 32GB and slightly improved battery life in low power mode.
