Die hard Samsung loyalist, who's being let down

This watch is laggy, gets hot, doesn't always charge, has a gap between the body and the plate beneath the bezel, shuts off on its own, opens and closes apps on its own. I was really hoping for fixes from the first watch ultra, which was great. But same thing with my S25 Ultra. Extremely let down. Has so so so many problems, I'm a platinum rewards and VIP member, and Samsung is refusing to replace either device, or acknowledge a widespread problem. I own a multitude of Samsung products, and have been brand loyal to a fault for over 15 years, but I'm starting to rethink that position.

I like this better than I thought i would

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a top of the line Samsung watch. When I first saw it, I thought it was huge! While it is a big watch, I have really small wrists and am a female, you dont notice after awhile and never gets in the way.
The battery has been really good for me. It charges quickly, the sound is good for phone calls, and alllllllll of the health related stuff it offers is fantastic.

Battery life still suck's lucky to get 24 hours out of it. I will not buy again My Garmin with true GPS and even more features than this watch will last up to 12 days before needing a charge. Get your Act together Samsung!

What a great upgrade!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a watch 5 44m before and this certainly was a perfect upgrade. Wasn't sure if it would be too big on my wrist being that they are skinny. But it was a perfect fit. Also love how rugged the watch is. Does a good job of tracking all my steps. It keeps my weekly trips to the gym on point. Helps me track what my last workout was and what day I last went. Helps me at work translate with people who don't speak much English. Loving the new antioxidant tracker tells me if it's low or high. After a salad bar trip it comes out as medium. Does pair perfectly with the fold 6.

Best Samsung watch used so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fastest performing watch so far. Sensors are more accurate than the previous watch 5Pro I owned. I guess how well it sits on the wrist. More comfortable to wear all day. Did not use its full potential yet! When I get the time to set up all the features it will be much better. I wish all the setting up on the previous watch would have transferred but, I guess its prevented to guarantee security..
