[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly good. Tracking my outdoor adventures works good (something I was hoping I wouldn't miss when switching from my Garmin watch). Only a few small issues, one of them being the raise wrist to turn on screen setting just randomly gets turned off. I'm not sure how it happens, but I've had it happen a lot and it's frustrating to go into the app and turn it back on when I know I didn't turn it off.

Charging for no one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The time to charge vs non phone time is soooo sad. Fully charged it's good for about an hour. Not worth the price. With the watch and ear buds samsung galaxy ai does not live up to the promise, long charge time, short active time, Ai that just doesn't work. Sooo sad, I love samsung products...these do not reach the minimum.

We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch Ultra offers up to 100 hours of battery life when in Power saving mode, up to 60 hours of battery life without Power Saving mode, and up to 48 hours in Exercise power saving mode. This is based on typical usage so results may vary. There are various reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For instance, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Please take a moment to check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors, if any, may be impacting the life of your device. When measuring your heart rate, wear the Galaxy Watch snugly on your arm above your wrist as shown in the figure below. Here's a few tips to ensure an accurate reading:
The accuracy of the heart rate sensor may be diminished depending on measurement conditions and surroundings.
Use the HR feature only for measuring your heart rate.
Do not look directly at the heart rate sensor’s lights. Doing so may impair your vision.
Cold ambient temperatures may affect your measurement; during winter or cold weather.
Take heart rate measurements when you are seated and relaxed.
If you receive a reading that is very different from your expected heart rate, rest for 30 minutes and then measure again.
Smoking or consuming alcohol before taking measurements may cause your heart rate to be different from your normal.
Do not talk, yawn, or breathe deeply while taking heart rate measurements.
Heart rate measurement is affected by physical factors such as light absorption and reflection, such as blood circulation/blood pressure, skin condition, and location and concentration of blood vessels.
Clean the heart rate sensor when it is dirty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Watch Ultra was a replacement for my Watch 3 which I absolutely loved. The enchanted features like Galaxy AI and increased compatibility with phone apps is amazing. What I dislike is lack of customization of the middle button. Why is running, flashlight and water block the only options. Terrible idea. I do enjoy the easier way to change out the bands and also the large watch face.
